Notes:

A reconstituted stone formulated by Eleanor Coade of Lambeth, England that was moulded into statues, decorative garden features, panels and which beacme popular from the mid-1700s. She operated the Coade Ornamental Stone Manufactory from 1769 until her death. The formula was then lost. Good examples in Ireland include Emo Court, Rutland Fountain (see John Ruch 1970. Coade Stone in Ireland. Quarterly Bulletin of the Irish Georgian Society 13(4), 1-12).
