Wackestone/Packstone. Capable of receiving a polish. Fenestella limestone. Worked as marble and for ornamental purposes in Adare Manor. Well shaped blocks could not be directly quarried but good sized stones could be raised which were scabbled (shaped to square) into fair sized blocks.
