Hall's Limestone Quarries consisted possibly of two sites - one behind Donelan's Buildings, now Hall's Park, which was in operation before 1840, and one located opposit Sarsfield Barracks, behind the old Limerick Clothing Factory, which was opened befor 1870. Hall's Quarries were named after the owner, W.H. Hall.References
