Notes:

Established in early 1900s by the Flaherty family. Originally a large quarry, but modern workings have extended operations immediately westwards into an old smaller disused quarry (as seen on recent Digital Globe 2011-13 aerial photographs) and the original quarry may be abandoned. c. 1965 a quarry was reopened by Harold Phillipson (who had once worked at Doonagore) and this is now owned by the Liscannor Stone Company (Halpin, Sarah 2003).
