Notes:
Whitish-grey colour, fine grained, highly crystalline, very pure and works freely. It is extensively used in Meath, Cavan and Longford. Like the Ardbraccan limestone, it has a good appearance when finished but it is soft and and does not keep its colour and the Crossagh stone is more favouraly thought of.References
