Packstone. Capable of receiving a polish. Discovered by mining engineer and prospector in the 1840s who was contracted by landowners to conduct agricultural surveys on their estates. This limestone, which Foley referred to as a "marble", was situated on the estate oif Sir Aubrey De Vere's estate at Currah Chase.
